People's Cab Company

Whenever I needed a cab, they were there. Yes, there were times I had to wait an hour due to the fact they were only running 1 cab and 1 shuttle bus at the time. There is always heavy traffic all over Lawton, but a lot of people don’t care about that, it’s always about themselves and nothing else.

I am so upset!! My sister called this company yesterday (12/19/17) and made a reservation for today (12/20/17) to take her to the Lawton airport at 3:30AM. She had a flight to catch!!! No taxi showed up at 3:30AM. My sister had to CALL this company. She told me the man who answered the phone sounded asleep. His response was, I will get there when I can. Luckily, my sister's plane was delayed. I would not rely on this company for timely service. We are never using them again!

They wont arrive on time or don’t show up. Do not use them at any costs.

Real terrible business, charged me 40$ and never came to pick me up, they said 10 min but I waited 40 min after that 10 in the cold, called today for them to tell me someone came when absolutely no one did and wouldn't refund me. Never again, I highly recommend against using this business.

I called the day before to schedule a pick up I was told I was good. I called 30min prior to pick up to reassure and I was told that no such arrangement was made. The dispatch was rude as hell and the vehicles used by the company aweful maintained. I missed my flight because of this cab company. Don't Relay on this service use another service. Which maybe hard in Lawton but walk instead if you have too.

I have to say, Peoples Cab Co came through for us at a minute's notice. Outstanding customer service and very reliable. I want to say a BIG thanks to Jason Harden, who took care of making sure my best friend from Spain got safely and on time to her destination. Jason definitely went above and beyond in ensuring she got to her destination on time and helped us ensure she knew where to go to obtain her boarding tickets. I would highly recommend this company, they have a great team.

ZERO STARS. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU'RE ON A DEADLINE. Needed a cab to Lawton Airport very early in the morning. Had seen a couple of mediocre reviews for Peoples Cab on here, but they answered the phone first and so deceided to give them a chance: WRONG MOVE. At the time the cab was booked to arrive a different dispatcher called me wanting details of the booking, as he clearly had had nothing passed-on to him. The idiot who was on duty overnight - who had told me that he had taken down all the details and required time - had done neither, and that despite having my phone number didn't have the intelligence to call me back to fill-in the blanks. Ended-up having to sack the cab and drive myself. On phoning Peoples to cancel the cab the dispatcher put the phone down on me. Luckily there is more than one cab company in Lawton BECAUSE I WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Zero stars. These people are a joke. I know cab service would be different than the metropolitan I grew up in but sharing cabs with multiple people? Charging more for more people??? Who makes this crap up? I never waited less than 45 min or they never showed. I have also taken the same exact ride four times at four different prices. Total fail at doing a job even monkeys shouldn't mess up in a small town

This is the WORST cab company in Lawton, the dispatcher is so rude, he made me felt like he was doing me a FAVOR by having me call to asked to be picked up. I had began spreading the word to all my friends and family to not give their money to a company who have the WORST customer service I had ever experience! They get NO stars from me!

Ugh!!! I find that people's cab drivers are poor in customer service. I swear I never knew that they would run their personal errands before dropping us off at our destination. And then they make conversation asking personal question. It made me feel unsafe to be in the cab. When ever I call the dispatcher how rude can the person working that shift be to tell me off with an attitude that all cabs are on call... Where is people friendly in customer service. Then I find that they over charge on cab fee from each zoning. I must say and I mean it I will never call for people's cab even if it's the last resort I rather walk than to call peoples cab.. Too pricy not compared to americab I'm going to stick with them from now on. I love they are we'll organize and also the price for zoning is comfortable. I was surprise when americab charge me for 2adults and 2children for the same amount peoples cab charge me for just one adult... Sorry but I'm sorry to say it may be for someone but not for me.... so if it was possible they would get no stars because seriously call for a cab one never showed even though they insisted one would be there, then the last time we tried out of desperation we got hung up on 3 times once finally getting ahold of somebody the woman was rude an very unproffesional

Called for a cab an hour and 30 min ago. I'm still waiting!!! Might as well walk.

Called for a cab a hour ago and I am currently still waiting after they said it would only take 20 mins 45 mins ago

I called the cab and waited for almost an hour before they picked me up at the restaurant, then they stopped several times to pick up and drop off several other people from the cab before FINALLY bringing me home an hour later. To top it all of the driver talked on his phone while driving the whole way. NEVER have I experienced such unprofessionalism before. I wouldnt recommend this cab company to anyone. I WOULD RATHER WALK!!!!

i called for a cab at 6:45pm at 7:45pm after several calls to the cab company and no cab they showed up, but i already had another ride by then

they suck! no respect to costumers! they are soo rude! i called soo many times and they kept on saying they will send a taxi but they never did. and this old black dude was yelling at me on the phone! u guys better straighten that up!
