Sinusitis
Sinusitis is usually preceded by a cold, allergy attack or irritation from environmental pollutants. Often, the resulting symptoms, such as nasal pressure, nasal congestion, a "runny nose," and fever, run their course in a few days. However, if symptoms persist, a bacterial infection or acute sinusitis may develop.
Primary Care
Immunotherapy, or allergy shots, are given on a weekly basis for 3-5 years. The shots can be administered at either of our locations or your primary care physician. No patients will be allowed to self-administer their injections.

Sleep Disorders
Lack of sleep can have many negative repercussions in your life, including several that can impair your general health. It is important to receive adequate amounts of sleep by making sure to head to bed a bit earlier each night, but it is also possible for the quality of your sleep to be ruined by a number of potentially unknown sleep disorders that prevent you from achieving the quality of sleep that you need.
Family Practice
Brenda K. Swain APRN, CNP graduated from Cameron University with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1979 and the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1986. She worked as a Registered nurse in the emergency department and outpatient oncology prior to attending Nurse Practitioner school. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing Nurse Practitioner Program. She worked as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in family practice for 2 years then ENT since 2002. She is board certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Endoscopy
Please be aware that in order to determine the correct diagnosis so that the most appropriate treatment can be recommended, your provider may recommend or perform certain in-office procedures that aid in diagnosis. If performed, these procedures are billed as a separate item on your office visit statement. These diagnostic procedures are often classified as “surgical procedures” by your insurance company and may incur a deductible. The most common diagnostic procedures which may fall under your surgical deductible include: endoscopy, laryngoscopy, debridement and cerumen removal.
