Westmore Heating and Air

If I could put 0 stars and still put a review in, I would. This company came out for warranty company Old Republic when 2 of our AC units went out. They said they would have to get approval for the upstairs unit for a new compressor and the downstairs unit was frozen, but I could try to run it and let it refreeze every 3 hrs. They said it may take 3-5 days. It's now day 10. The warranty company has had the part they need, and they are not answering their phone, or responding to messages. I work from home, have a small child, and it is July in Georgia heat. It constitutes an emergency that these people haven't responded to. If Old Republic sends these people to you, boot them out the door as they are worthless human beings who don't have any pride in their work. If you are considering using them, don't. Save yourself from the hassle.

Don't use them. Worst compahy ever. Very unreliable. Promised to replace my a.c. following week, nevrr called ot showed. Left me, 2 kids and 87 year old father on oxygen with no air conditioning. Do not recommend!
