Ive bought a total of 3 different stud diamond ear-rings in the matter of 4 months from these people. The reason why Ive ended up buying 3 different stud diamond ear-rings from them is because every time I would buy a pair of diamond ear-rings the clip that holds the diamond in place will end up opening up and the diamond would get lost (no i dont sleep w them on). On 7/28/15 the same thing happened again w ANOTHER pair of ear-rings that I had purchased on 7/23/15 (this pair lasted me 5 days) but this time I was fortunate enough to find the diamond that had fallen off this set of ear-rings. Today 7/31/15 I went to this jewelry store w the broken diamond ear-rings in my hand and asked the gentleman that works there (the same man thats in the blue shirt of the video from this site) that y is it that these ear-rings i keep buying here keep getting lose causing the diamond to fall out? He got very upset with me and told me in a very rude tone to take my money and go buy ear-rings somewhere else and smacked the money on the glass counter of this store,. I was very embarrassed because there were other customers there and they all looked at me because he was being very loud and disrespectful towards me. Ive seen this attitude coming from him before towards a man that went into this store to complain about his bracelet not being cleaned properly. I would never do business with these people again.
