Dr. Frank Ernest Roofe III, OD

My wife and I went to this doctor on Oct 10, 2011 for glasses. We did not hear from them for a month, we called. They told us it took 6 weeks to get a pair of glasses. I was called on Nov 18th and told my glasses were in. I asked about my wife's and they said they would call me back. Today I have not heard anything from them. My wife's insurance has not been charged.
One thing for certain. We won't be coming back.
The doctor is good. His staff sucks.
