Heyser Cycle Center

Although I live in Houston Texas I decided to purchase my Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Adventure from Heyser Cycles. They gave me a GREAT price. My dealer in Houston wasn't interested in dropping his price at all. The sales team, Frank and Will were great guys to deal with. Recently I discovered that Suzuki will replace an item I'm not happy with due to a paint issue. My warranty had just run out when I found out they would replace it. But Will is helping me to convince Suzuki to replace the part anyway. Considering I live so far away you really can't beat service like that. Jen in the parts dept was also super helpful. Would I go back to Heyser Cycles to buy another bike? Hell yeah I would.
8-20-2016 Follow up to the above:
Just spoke to the Service Manager, Ken Haley at Polaris West who is my local dealer here in Texas. Suzuki have agreed to replace my rear rack as the paint had worn off. Thanks to Will and Frank at Heysercycle for helping me to resolve this issue. Great support guys!

It took them 3 weeks to finally say the part is not coming in after calling every week. It's my fault I didn't go to service when parts lady didn't order everything took another week to get those parts. Two full days to repair the bike they ordered to many parts. Complained to owner bout the service and the manger and owner said go ahead and shop on eBay but ill give you a 20 dollar gift card to our store. Why would you send someone away and then try to bring them back. This is got to be one of the worst companies I seen. They advertise as being a family LIESS!!!!! Go somewhere else if you want your work done right the first time
