West Valley Dental

Had a great experience with West valley Dental, my daughter needed a root canal and 2 caps... he was very polite and worked with her so she was comfortable! He stayed late to accommodate our sechdual and the staff is always nice and pleasant, they always call ahead to remind me of my appt. Even a text message ... wonderful experience! I would recommend this office to anyone! 5 plus stars ��������������������������������

Horrible Experience with this Dentist. First he screwed up by putting a crown on without doing a root canal, which caused a serious infection that had me in the worst pain in my life. Then he did a root canal through the crown and promised to replace it. I went for cleanings 3 times in a 9 month period and he never mentioned replacing the crown he drilled through.Then the crown cracked and the tooth cracked with it. When I went to see him to replace the broken crown which he never replaced when he said he would, he said it was not saveable and that It was not his responsibility because He said I had needed to make a specific appointment to replace the crown he destroyed. What?? Then he had the gall to tell me it will cost 3400.00 to fix his screw up. Now I'm stuck with a destroyed tooth that needs to be extracted and a dental implant put in. I would sue him, but don't want to deal with that time and expense also. Avoid this dentist at all cost. I'd give this guy no stars if that was an option.

Very professional staff also polite.

Nice people. Friendly. Competent in the extreme. Office is well equipped (I had to have a crown - dentist has the necessary equipment to actually make a crown so that I did not have to have a temporary installed while some 3rd party made it. I had the permanent crown installed right after he shaped my tooth for it. In and out of the chair with the permanent crown installed - 20 minutes). Dentist is very sensitive to patient's pain.
