Tire Works Total Car Care

I had a warranty hazard with the new tires I bought from them and came in to have them fix my tire within the window of the warranty. We have been with this company for years and they have fixed the tire when we have needed them to in the past. Needless to say the tech could have fixed my flat which was covered under warranty but he told the corporate office we "ran into something". We did run into something - a rock on the road. This was told to me by Jasmine at Corporate. So needless to say, I had to purchase another tire. My brother went here to fix his AC unit and was quoted a dealership price to fix it. Something has gone downhill with this company.
