        This branch has the worst serv...

        This branch has the worst service. I always have issues with the customer service. The branch manager doesn't care about the customers. I WILL NEVER return to that location even though the next closest one is 11 miles away this location is only 5 miles away. I DO NOT recommend ever going to the branch if you need an issue resolved. They will find a way to not help. I even told them I would be going to a different bank and the rep said OK. She DIDN'T care that they would loose a customer. The online customer service is more helpful. I will be leaving the bank in the next couple of months.
