Dr. Robert David Forsyth, MD

I went to this Dr.'s Office on July 18, 2008 and was so disappointed on how unprofessional he and his assistant Jasmin are. By literally one minute that I checked in late I was told that I would be seen as a walk in, then after having me fill out the paperwork and having me wait I was called by Jasmin who informed the doctor wanted me to re-schedule. The reason I was given was because he had two walk-in's before me. I would not recommend anyone to waste their type, money and gas on an unprofessional doctor with very poor service. Don't Waste your breath!!!!!Save you're self’s and choose another Doctor.
