Intraoperative neuromonitoring is a highly specialized health care services sought out by surgeons and hospitals. The surgeons and hospitals request or schedule these services. Patient's in general do not directly request this service but a knowledgeable patient will talk to his/her surgeon if there is neuromonitoring services insider the Operating Room.
