I have been to numerous Eye Dr.'s here in Las Cruces over the years, the staff at Dr. Sandoval's was very friendly, answered all the questions I had quickly and efficently and explained my insurance to me in a way I actually understood. I do not plan on returning to visit Dr. Sandoval, not because of him but because of his office staff. I had an eye exam appointment and when I got to the office the two staff at the front were talking about their personal lives before even acknowledging me. I let that slip by. Dr. Sandoval was gracious and professional. When I went to the counter to "pay" for my exam and contact lenses I was surprised by a total bill of $300.00.
