I can�t express enough the gratitude I have for the hard work you and your guys put into replacing my roof. You went out of your way to make sure that the best materials were used. You guys were professional, friendly, and worked fast. Everyday I go home I feel relief because not only does my roof look beautiful but I know quality work was done.

Great customer service, very professional, and attentive to my questions. Would highly recommend the company to other people. Did question about the prior review and they NEVER worked with Top Notch, no relation what so ever so? Did my research before investing on something so important to my home.

A new name (old name was Top Notch Exteriors) for the company does not change the fact that the owner is limited in his knowledge of customer service, roofing, stucco and residential construction. They had to change the company’s name because the old one had such a bad reputation in the Las Cruces/El Paso area. Their warranties are not honored for their shoddy work. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I'm very impressed with the quality of work performed by Gilbert & Sons. They provided great service throughout the process, informed me of every detail regarding the roof and materials, and completed the job within the timeframe given. They are clearly experts when it comes to roofing, and I now have the best roof in my neighborhood.

Had a young man (late teens) show up from Gilbert and Sons when I called them last December 2012, after my insurance inspector quoted me a rate to fix some wind damage to my shingles. The young man inspected my roof and said he could fix for a cash price of $200 over my insurance quote. I think he looked at my home and my vehicles and tried to take advantage of me... by giving me the "Cash Deal"... No thanks... went with another Roofing contractor who quoted me a price $100 less than the insurance quote. I recommend you get multiple quotes before settling on a price.

Gilbert & Sons provided quality service. Their professionalism and expertise was demonstrated. Also, they take the time to clean up and ensure the customer is fully satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work with payment that fits the job.

Gilbert & Sons provided quality materials and fine workmanship at a great price. They were quite friendly and got the job done quickly. They promptly cleaned up after the job and the new roof is tight and beautiful.

The job site looked better after completion then before he started. Not one piece of garbage left behind. Bob did my roof like it was his own. He dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to and got me a better quality roof than what I had before.

I have been looking for a roofer in LC for quite a while now and haven't been impressed. Decided to give Gilbert & Sons a try and I was definately impressed! Great Quality, fast service and nice people! Definately recommend. Five Stars!
