Hi there Bruce, my name is Ryan. Just purchased the business on January 5 2015. Sorry to hear you had a bad clean last year. Things were really tough on Walt after losing his wife and trying to continue the business with coordinating divers and answering phones which was quite a juggle. I worked for Walt for 11 years and have never cleaned your boat. I personally stand by my work as being a 100% quality and done with the upmost integrity (have not had a single complaint from any of my customers, all of which I personally clean) would like the opportunity to change your mind on this company. I do understand that as a new business owner I adopt all the past flaws, but Down Under Dive Service Inc will always stand tall and proud and make it through the thick and thin. I hope that you will reconsider and try out the new and improved experience.

used them to keep my hull clean, had the boat hauled and had nickel and dime size barnacles all over my running gear and pickups. They were cleaning the hull once a month, and the only thing that was clean was the waterline. They also never answer their phone, and they double billed me one month.
