Never again. Worst experience my poor dog came home terrified and with bad cut. I am dissatisfied and s not the right word. They should be more attentive and careful with their grooming.

I recommend this place 100% Since the moment I called to make an appt. i felt a customer friendly establishment. They did an extraordinary job with my 6 yr old poodle. We adopted her a couple of months ago. She gets very nervous around bath time. The employee there took extra care of her and although she moved a lot and even snapped at him when he brushed her hair, he was very careful with her grooming. I felt the pets were treated with respect. I am very happy customer!
