Outback Nails & Tanning

I'll won't waste my time or money walking into this place again. After one bad acrylic set was put on and I had to go get redone at another location. A very unprofessional place!

Outback is the BEST place I have EVER been to! I would NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Management is great! Even according to the comment below me the management quickly took care of her issue. I get my hair, nails, and tan their! would NOT go any where else! :)

I have been going here for a few years now and I could never go anywhere else. Very clean and professional. I might also add a laid back atmosphere. I didn't feel like I had to impress and I can understand my tech ;). They do get girls occasionally that are new. They definitely will learn from the best!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place hires UNEXPERIANCED techs FRESH out of school. I thought I was doing myself a favor going here a day before I left out of state for a wedding! I got a tech that had no experience doing acrylics. They were so horrible that I couldn't even say anything while I was there. I called the manager the next day. She knew exactly who I was talking about and told me that she got out of school a month ago and her techs use customers as there ginypigs .... after all that's how you learn right? WTH! Shouldn't I have been told I was being used as a test dummy. I was late leaving for my trip bcuz I had to go back to get them off & my money back ofcourse. That's Y they call this place OUTBACK. cuz its that hole in the wall ...OUTBACK! Very unprofessional. I WISH I COULD POST PICTURES for Yall to see! ... also WISH I would have had this review to read before wasting my Time.
