Publix Super Market at Lantana Shopping Center

Bad experience today and from customer service check out. They speak in Creole chatting making people wait in line while these two girls just chat up a storm in Creole not thinking about customers who are waiting, then have a bad attitude when they check you out. This store is all mostly Creole speaking who work here now and come here now and they treat all others poorly, they cannot even say thank you or speak in English in front of you. They are racist toward Americans. Now I know why only mostly Creole speaking come to this Publix. It is like the Wendy's now around here in our area, they only hire Creole speaking and then they treat their customers all badly and then wonder why no one wants to go there to eat any more and now they are going bankrupt.  I think Publix should not allow their employees to treat their customers so badly and not speak English in front of them, we don't understand Creole. It is offensive and bad education to do what they are allowing their employees to do here. We will not go back to this Publix location. Shopping used to be a pleasure at Publix, but no more. These Creole speaking treating us badly are going to ruin your business Publix, we won't be back. Train them better to say thank you and hello and to be kinder and not speak Creole in front of us among the employees. Bad experience today at this Publix, now we won't be back. These people cut you off and are loud and selfish and only think of themselves. You should make your online receipt survey in Creole too, since it is only in English and Spanish now, since you may only have to cater to the Creole speaking population soon.  Allow people to write comments too when they do the survey online for Publix from the receipt. This Publix is going down the drain! I will stop going here, not settling for their mediocrity of such poor treatment from their employees to us customers.
