We were completely satisfied with this company's service. From the first phone call to the last, we were pleased with the professionalism of UBI LLC.

The unit was supplied on time in a "like new" condition by a very quality installer. Instructions were given in a clear precise manner. And the unit was removed as scheduled.

We had 42 people in attendance ranging from 7 months to 57 years and I would say that 2/3 of the attendees used the equipment at some point during our celebration.

For two years, we have rented 3 inflatables from Dale and Jaime for our church's VBS. Dale and Jaime are very professional and easy to work with. They respond promptly to inquiries, are courteous and very reliable. Ultimate Bounce also has a great selection of quality inflatables and their prices are very reasonable. We rented five inflatables for the second time and were more than happy with the variety of events offered. Our kids had a great time racing in the obstacle course and the giant slide. The team from Ultimate was also great to work with. They were very friendly and accommodating. Their team was also punctual and clear as to what the guidelines were for their inflatable. I would highly recommend using them and plan on using them again ourselves.

This is an excellent company. They are very prompt, their inflatables are very clean and are in excellent condition.

Being an event planner we have worked with many other companies for rental inflatables. Ultimate Bounce Inflatables has not only beaten there prices but has provided superior product and customer service. Rented the Castle for a home party - it was a blast! High quality inflatable - not the cheap stuff you see in stores. Dale and staff were personable and professional when on-site for set-up and tear down. Loved every minute of it. It was a HUGE hit with all of our guests. We would absolutely rent from Ultimate Bounce Inflatables again!! Thanks for adding so much fun to our party!
