Love Nails

I have been coming to Love Nails for a little over a year now, I will not go anywhere else. I love their staff, Lily, Sammi, Hung and everyone are always so accommodating and friendly. My French manicure always looks PERFECT! Even with short notice, they are awesome about fitting me into their schedule. I love this place!

Really poor customer service. I got my nails filled and after I paid for it, they told me that I would have to wait 2 hours and pay ten more dollars to get them polished. I complained and they told me to leave. I will never go there again.

There are several things wrong with this business.

1. Poor customer service. One of the male nail techs had me on his FaceTime call talking about me in Chinese.

2. They charged my card for $2 more than what the service cost. I didn't approves a tip.

3. They don't know the varying nail shapes.

4. When they do my fill in, they never get all the Polish off and they put the gel over the damn leftover polish.

5. The only respectful nail tech in there is Chris.

I honestly recommend Kim's nails or a shop in Detroit. A lot of the shops out here barely know how to paint a nail let alone do a proper fill in.

Poor customer service. I went to have a problem fixed and they told me to come back in a week. They had absolutely no customers in the salon and it was during business hours.
