Heavy D's Auto Care

This is the WORST mechanic shop in the state of Michigan. These people are crooks hiding behind a business name... They will give you the lowest labor rate but in the lowest end you will be paying double on top of that they do NOT know what they are doing so if anyone goes to this place for car care... You will get jacked!!! I took my car to these people for some work... For starters it took them over 2 months to do a RAC n pinion job... They over charge me... I had to hunt the parts down for them... I paid for the same part twice and it took them three times to do it... And now that I have my car back... It's put up because that shop has my car almost non drivable now... My horn doesn't work headlight doesn't work back break lights is out I now have a cracked side view mirror which they claim to know nothing about I have crushed neon lights under my car whiched they damaged when putting my car on the lifts after I told them and wrote it on the invoice they charged me for an oil pan gasket which never got replaced charged for lowerarm control which wasn't needed or requested got charged for one and guess what... Wasn't any put on... I've tried on many occasions and pleaded with the owner about my money and car... I went to the owner and explained to him how I had to spend an additional 400 to get another RAC n pinion to help them get my car done... He would not refund me because he said he had to do it three times...so they call them selves charging me labor for that. These people DON'T know what they're doing they are false advertising... Cause this company is a big scam...I'm also having a transmission problem and the tire locking up where they did this so called work... To also make matter's worse... They tightened the lugnuts on my tires so now I can't get tires placed on them because in order to get it off...the posts has to be broken...and there are three of them all NEXT TO EACH OTHER... I have a foreign car and they know every part on this car is costly... When I first went to them I asked if they could do that work on my foreign car... They assured me they could... No problem...well people over two months later outta 2,000 and a car that is not drivable and now possibly to be scrapped because they messed my car up so bad... I don't even know what's all wrong with it. This establishment doesn't even deserve a one star rating... The only reason it got any kind of rating... Is because I had the opportunity to get on this review and write a comment and to get a chance to let all y'all know before they delete this...that if any of y'all go to this shop/place of business please KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE SWINDLED... they don't know nothing about honesty respect care or concern for you your car or your hard earned money... They will rob you of your money and mess your car up beyond repair...
