        Horrible managers

        I was trying to find a camera and no body wanted to help me. There was very rude manager named David. I don't know how he got his postion but he could care less about the customer. He was to involved to care about helping the customers. Very poor experience. Will never shop there again because of David the manager.

        Good Customer Service at Christmas

        I got a woman on the phone that was thoroughly dedicated to assisting me with finding Leapster games at the Lansing Store. It was refreshing to speak with someone who was so willing to help.
