DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE ONE BIG SCAM!!! NO ONE IS EVER AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY WILL REPO YOUR CAR 3 MONTHS BEFORE YOU PAY IT OFF AND WON'T ANSWER ANY OF YOUR CALLS! COMPLAINT WAS FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I searched for a used car for about a month, looking for a specific vehicle. I found a few within my area and my second stop was at autodelphia. I was helped by a very nice man (Billy) who took about an hour with me and went over everything on the vehicle, we went for a test drive, and he was very patient with me. He did not have an answer for every single question i had but was very insightful. I wanted a car fax on the vehicle and he immediately got on car fax and printed everything out for me so i could show my husband. I told him I would be back the following day with my husband and I am sure at the point he thought i was not coming back- The next morning i recieved a very nice email from Billy just saying how nice it was to meet me and that he was not emailing to push me into the vehicle but jus to let me know that if i do not get the car from him he hopes i find exactly what i want, which was surprising. My husband and i went back after work and he let us take the car out again. He worked with us on the price and when we agreed- he said he needed to have the car detailed first. We left a deposit and came back the next day and our car was sitting out front freshly detailed and even had a full tank of gas. I am very happy with the vehicle and with the way they helped us get a car. Overall it was an easy process and they were very helpful and fair on the price.

I spent 4 months looking for a car. I went all over trying to find a car dealership that would finance me without really high rates. On my way home from work I stopped at AutoDelphia, I always drove by there but never stopped. I finally did, on a Friday afternoon and I spoke with a salesman there who took the time to talk with me and seemed to genuinely want to help me. I know all used car salesman seem that way but we went over all my options and what I was able to put down as a down payment and the said their I house finance would allow me to finance with zero interest. Of course my ears perked up and I found a Ford Explorere that I really liked. Once we agreed and I signed all of the paperwork the young man working there had the car detailed , we got the tag, and title work done. He stayed until 9pm until my insurance company finally faxed over the new card. The salesman never rushed and was very patient with me. A week after I had the vehicle I hd my mechanic look over my truck and said I needed two new front tires. I called AutoDelphia and they told me to bring it in and would take care of it. They put 4 new tires on my explorer and washed my truck. I was shock. I assumed I would get hit with a bill for a ton of money but they paid for it all. Overall I give them an A across the board. They went above my expectations.
