Lacey Car Wash & Qwik Lube

I brought both my cars there the prices are a little high but they did a great job inside and out I also got the protection package witch lasted for as long as they said it was gonna actually I didn't have to wash my car for a couple months because the dirt would just fall right off of it so that stuff they put on it worked really great I forgot the name of it but I believe it's called protection package but anyway five stars I gave the facility four stars because it's like old but other than that the people are great that work there and the other review I don't even know what the hell they're talking about

So I went to get my car clean I bought the gold special that was wash vacuum and clean the tire... one of the works there told me my car was ready when I open my door my car was still dirty inside window was not clean. So I went up the another employee and I said please look at my car it's still dirty and What happen to vacuuming he said just go around tell them to do it again well when I went the guy in the back...he just said to me that my car just has a lot of sand. I said to him that why I'm here for you to clean.. They are such in rush. I will never get my car clean or oil Chang again. By the way I did approach the owner he pretend not to speak English ... I give zero to this place.. but for me to post this I had to pick star. You need your car done go to waretown this place just takes your money ...

Caused damage to interior of my car and would do NOTHING !! Came back to me with slices missing out of my console ! I can deal with the fact they didn't even vacuum the back seat, but this is shameful. Stay away !!

This place is terrible. They don't take care of any of their equipment. Went to the self serve car wash area with my 3 day old truck. The rinse didn't work and I had to drive to another carwash in Waretown to rinse it off. The owner could care less. The place is a dump !!! Go somewhere else ....

Brand new car. Had for 2 mths. Get the silver pckg for inside n out. Wi dows were washed once over leaving thick streaks, never even vaccuumed the hatch or washed the window. I called to complain and was told that "we have many ppl that come thru and there is nothing they can do for me" rude and horrible service. Will never go back.
