had a bat flying around my home at midnight on a saturday night...called Greg, he was there in 25 minutes and got rid of the bat!

First phone call I made to hire him, It took him a week to return my phone call! I had a bird flying around inside my fireplace chimney that could not find its way out. He finally came out several days after contacting me. He inspected the chimney and could not find anything. The bill totalled $94.34 for that visit. I had asked him to screen the chimney cap to keep the birds and anything else from entering. He agreed to do it for $190.00 I believe the fee was excessive but I just wanted it done and over with. He called me to let me know when he was coming to install the screen, and never showed? Have not heard from him since? Have made several atemps to contact him, but no response.
