I have come to this practice my whole life, and I love the doctors. However, the great experience that the doctors provide is hindered by the rudeness of the office staff. They are not welcoming when you enter the office, and I have had several occurrences on the phone that I was not treated well. Great doctors, poor staff.

Been a patient for 12 years or so and since becoming "corporate" service has significantly declined. Waited 1-1/2 hours for a basic med check appointment during my last appointment. Recently reported a very sensitive matter and was basically told that I was a liar by one of the nurses. Complained to the office manager only to get the runaround and empty apologies. It's safe to say that I am now looking for a new doctor.

I was a patient at Sallavanti and Cotter for 12 years. I left this practice because of several bad experiences. Their office staff and nurses are constantly changing. As a result, there is never any consistency in how things are done. Sometimes I was charged a copay for my visits and other times I was not. When calling with questions, I was treated rudely and with no follow through. I was even denied a referral to see a specialist. I discovered that my insurance company was incorrectly charged for a procedure that I did not have done. I had medicine incorrectly administered to me during one visit and was subsequently charged for my follow up visits to rectify the situation, despite the fact that it was their error. During many visits to the office, I waited for an unreasonable amount of time before being called into an examination room. My negative experiences with this medical establishment continued up until the very end when I had to make 4 phone calls to have my records properly transferred to my new physician's office. While the doctor's are both very pleasant and competent, their staff is not. Any doctor's office that will allow such negligence to happen is no place I want to be frequenting.

I usually see the nurse practitioner and they are nice when I am there but twice now I have had problems with phone calls being returned or prescriptions not being called in when they say they will be. I am on the look out for a new practice.

The physicians and PA's in this practice are excellent but the staff is quite rude. In fact, I left these doctors because of how the staff treated me and how I observed them treat others. The other problem is that they are difficult to reach - busy signals for hours and when you do get them, you are put on hold and many times I was forgotten.
