        the customer service at this store is first rate. I had been looking for this one part at three other auto part stores and no one wanted to take the time to find me this one part. When I got to this Pep Boys store I told the woman that was helping me that I didn't think that she would be able to find the part that I needed. and let me tell you this young woman took the time and fount me the part that I needed at a great price. Her attitude was great. she was professional.

        put my car on lift wrong and damaged it

        Very unprofessional, damaged my car by improperly putting it on lift. It took over two month to get them to make a claim to their insurance company. I had to go to corporate office to get anything done. I will never let them touch my car again.
