Rick’s roof quote was between the other 2 quotes, but closer to the lowest quote of the three. However, he left an information pack and shingle sample book at our house that essentially laid out the entire process of replacing the roof and explained the benefits of his service and materials. The other two quotes were terse, included vague wording and made me feel like there may be loop holes and add ons. When I had questions, Rick would call right back and answer very patiently, even after traditional business hours. No one can beat Rick’s service. We set a date that was within 4 weeks of the quote. The crew started at 8AM and were done before we came home from work. The roof looks great, they cleaned up every last piece of trash and didn’t leave any nails in my yard/patio/driveway.

We were told to call again if it continues to leak.”
