Julianni's Italian Ristorante

My co workers and I thought we might try something new, they sent me to Juliannis with a 14 person order to go. Upon entering the premise I realized I had too use the bathroom, at 62 years old this is not uncommon and the need is sometimes urgent. I was greeted by a polite younger woman who informed me after asking to use the bathroom that the bathrooms were for customers only and I wasn't allowed. I informed her that I was going to be ordering food after and she granted me permission. Upon leaving the bathroom I realized that my 14 person to go order was in the car. Already confused as to why the extremely unreasonable policy and stringent enforcement I was intercepted by a disheveled obese older gentlemen who stopped me mid stride and asks in an aggressive tone "Can I Help You?" and I responded "no" and continued walking, I could see that he was visibly upset, and he adds "the bathrooms are for customers only!" I lost it, I told him I would never patronize them simply because of their up tight bathroom policy and rude treatment of potential customers, I swore at him and walked out. 14 people ate somewhere else, none of us will ever go back, I'm telling everyone I know and I happen to know allot of people in the AV and all of them eat food, just not from Juliannis. What kind of people turn away a 62 year old man in need whether he orders their awful food or not and by the way, this bathroom they protect as if it were Fort Knox, was out of paper towels and smelled. It takes a special kind of person to openly humiliate a 62 year old man who's only agenda was to go to the bathroom in order to not to embarrass himself and then reprimand him after. Customer service? I wonder what the food taste like.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food was OK, but my family had a series of bad customer service experiences here. Our first experience was a to go order.We picked up our food and when we get home, half the order is missing. Not just one thing, literally half the order. I call in and they say they will deliver the missing food. 30 minutes later I get to eat a cold meal. The owner tells me to come back and he will do something special for me. A week later my family and I go in to the restaurant. The owner is there and tells me dinner is on the house. We eat our meal and guess what we get at the end: a full bill. My family and I will never eat here again. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

I took 50 minutes to get our main entree. They forgot to cook the chicken. Don't eat here. Manager did not handle the situation right. She said "we will cook it for five more minutes. It was cut into and all over her plate. If this does not gross you out, eat there.

I was shocked to discover my favorite Italian place was closed. Jeez man! Then I found out they had reinvented themselves as Julianni's, oh yeah! go there you won't be disappointed.

ate here for my first time tonight and take from a guy from a 100% sicilian family when I tell you this is the best italian food in the entire A.V. hands down! my wife and I loved it!

Was in the area and decided to check out this Place because I was in the mood for some good Italian food. Very good prices and great food and great portion sizes. Their pastries are amazing as well. The atmosphere was great! Also, has a nice market inside with great Italian wine. Will definitely go back when I am in the area!
