American Tire Depot - Lancaster

The worst store ever. And the worst costumer service ever. I bought 4 pieces of Michelin tire in this store for a total of $900.03 (Labor and tax , etc included) last August 2013. For only 2 years you can see a lot of cracks on the 4 tires. I reported to their store and they said it's normal for a tire and it's safe. I told the guy that I have another car with a 6 years old Michelin tire that travels the same distance but never have a crack. Those tires are 5 years warranty, free alignment, free balance and free rotations. He said that if I have to replace it I have to pay $600 for a new tire + alignment and taxes. He even refuse to give me my tire rotation. And he turn his back on me and left.

I'm sorry but this is the worst tire store I've ever dealt with in over 40 years of buying tires. My first experience consisted of them telling me they had the size I needed in stock only to find they didn't even have anything close after a trip there from Palmdale. Then they offered to order a set for me and the price for the same tires mysteriously increased by over $150.00 (which I refused to pay and the price then miraculously dropped back to the original). The shop was disorganized and complaints were flying in from customers and from the phone.... Pathetic. After deciding to give them another chance I needed some tires for my pickup - (Same story) except this time it took over seven phone calls and two months to finally get a guarantee my tires were actually at their location - again - pathetic. This will be the very last time I deal with this place. Maybe you'll have a better experience than I did, but I'm done with this place....

American Tire Depot (located on 15th Street, near Avenue "K" in Lancaster, Ca) is a 1st class establishment that prides itself in customer service & satisfaction. They go the extra mile to make sure that the customers’ needs are met and that any and all obligations to their customers are fulfilled. I would recommend this tire store above any tire store in the Antelope Valley!
