ACS Advanced Computer Solutions

Not a good place for rural internet service. Tried multiple times to set set up an appointment to get the internet service installed. It is very disorganized. They kind of have a monopoly on rural internet services. Therefore they do not have to care about keeping or making appointments. Told a date and time. Took off work and the technician was a no show. Called multiple times to check on the status. The lead manager could not even reach the technician to give a proper response. No apology. It is just an unprofessional business. I cannot speak to the actual computer support services they provide but if the service is anything like the experience I have had wetting up the internet; I cannot/would not/could not in good conscious recommend any services provided by this company.

Very knowlegable, nice, solved our computer problem in about 10 minutes and didn't even charge us. I'll be using them for our all computer and gaming needs. He has numerous computers on sale for practically nothing as well.

If i could give this place a thousand stars I would. My PC was old and I got a new game so I wanted to replace the gaming card. I purchased a used gaming card and power supply. They installed the new gaming card and power supply and installed all of the drivers for 50 dollars. They checked my computer and saw that it was still running slow so they did a system scan and found 33 viruses (I use Norton anti virus and it never caught them). He got rid of all the viruses and cleaned all of the dust and crap out of my P.C. for free. He also answered every question I had about computers. Everyone there was extremely friendly and nice....great business.



They also have a service protection plan you can purchase in which they will preform virus scans and system restores and what not for 3 computers.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The guy is shady. Sold me a broken computer and refused to fix it, claiming I did something to it. I had it for less then a week. The only thing I did to it was try to go online. They treat the customers very poorly.

I've been using ACS for years and have never been disappointed. Dennis and his crew have always been honest and fair. I drive an hour just to have them do all my computer needs.

I was having problems with my computer. I called for an estimate and I was pleased right away. He told me it would cost 15 dollars to fix the problem. Everywhere else was talking 35.00 to check it in and then that would apply to the problem. When I got there he looked at the computer and took it in the back room. When he came out he said everything was fine. I asked how much and he said nothing. I was so pleased. He also have a program where you can donate your old computer and he give them to kids who need them for free. I highly recommend this shop.
