I was in my little car and had a wreck when a semi turned in front of me striking my car on the front driver's side. Fortunately, I was not injured, but my car was not able to be driven from the scene.I was extremely upset following the incident, especially since the semi driver became quite belligerent towards me. Andy Woller Towing was called and got there quite quickly. I was so grateful to have such a kind tow truck driver to help me in the very stressful situation. The driver made sure I was alright and loaded my car and got me back to work as soon as possible. I will definitely call them if ever in a similar situation again!
We got stuck in the mud on a remote gravel county road several miles off Colorado 89 about 5 PM on April 16. We called Woller Towing for assistance. At 9pm their truck came and got stuck on his way to us. The driver's boss, arrived at his location about midnight – and the 2 of them drove off in the second vehicle, without us, & without telling us they were leaving.
When we saw no truck lights we phoned the driver who said they were already down by the highway. We asked for a ride to town, and the reply was “We’re outta here.”
The boss said they could refuse service to anyone, which is legally correct – but how could anyone refuse a ride to 3 stranded people at midnight? We were about 25 miles from the nearest town, the temperature was in the low 40’s, and a frigid wind was blowing hard.
When they abandoned us they had no idea whether we had gasoline to keep our vehicle warm overnight, warm clothing, food or water.
I would strongly recommend AGAINST using Woller.

Just wanted to thank you for all your help Sunday morning. It's a helpless feeling being stranded and not knowing anybody or anyplace to get help.
So thanks for taking charge and getting me and my family into a warm hotel and my Suburban to Kelly who got us in Early Monday morning, and we were on our way home around 10am.
I'm glad the insurance company was able to hire you for the tow.
