I am giving this establishment only one star for the way they treat their employees. When you come in and see someone working as hard as they can to make sure we as customers are taken care of and then turn around only to find out they got yelled at by a supervisor/manager for helping us. We were bowling and had yet to see a server until Tierra, the bartender, came over and was very courteous and respectful. We as customers don't care who's "section" we are in we just want someone to come over and check on us and make sure we are doing alright and ask if we would like something to eat or drink. Tierra did just that. Now if only the management in this place would step up and notice.

THE SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS OK, I COME IN WITH 5-8 PEOPLE SOME TIMES BU5T WAS NOT HAPPY WITHE THE SERVICE OR THE FREINDLNES OF THE BAR ON SAT AND FRIDAYS I KNOW THAT THE AND THE GUY ARE HUSBAND AND WIFE THAT WORK THOSE TWO NIGHTS, ATTITUDE AND PERSONALITY I DO NOT LIKE AND MOST OF MY GROUP WOULD AGREE.. I ALSO NOTICED THAT SOME OF YOUR STAFF WHERE THERE NAME TAG AND SOME DONT

IF THERE IS A SET OF RULES IN PLACE THEN ALL SHOULD ABIDE NOT JUST THE ONES WHO FEEL THEY GET TOLD THEY HAVE TO I HAVE SEEN THIS ON REGULAR OCCASSIONS. SECURITY IS THERE BUT WHERE ARE THEY OUT IN THE PARKING LOT INSTEAD OF JUST SITTING AT THAT TABLE THE OLDER GENTLEMEN DOES LESS THAN THE REST.
