        Do you really work?

        I have been trying to call to set up an appointment for a passport renewal; but I have never had a chance to actually talk with a person, only a voicemail. The agent did call me back (after checking my message) when I am not available to answer the call; we keep missing each other and the result is I have never been able to get my daughter's passport done. I finally found another Post Office that is in Denver, that has a human person who can pick up the phone to answer me, that does no require appointment for passport renewal. My question is why can't you have anyone who can take phone calls work there to help people; the machine can't anwer people's questions.





        I would not recommend anyone to come to your place for passport done. This may be even less work for you to do.
