I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I have eleven years of extensive experience as an Administrative Assistant/Full Charge Bookkeeper working with Quick Books Professional, Deltek Advantage, Account Mate, Microsoft Word and Excel. During this time I have been in charge of the coordination of two branch offices, A/P, A/R, Payroll (both in house and outsourced), Payroll Taxes, Sales and Use Taxes, Employee Benefits, Tracking Subcontractor Contracts, Job Costing, Payments and Change Orders, Aged Receivables and collections. In addition to these duties I have been the General Office Manager, Administrative Assistant and an HOA Manager for two high-end HOA's in Northern Colorado. In this position I was not only required to work within their existing system, but also reorganize and design new programs to help the company run more effectively.
