Our proven Program will provide the first step to people to lose up to 1 pound of abnormal (unwanted) body fat per day (average). They will see the numbers on the scale go down by following our simple Program. They will feel their clothes becoming loose. They will watch themselves shrink in the mirror. The Hummingbird Reset is the process in which our patients reset their hypothalamus and begin to stabilize their weight. The final step in our Program is the Hummingbird Lifestyle.
