        poor customer service

        worst customer service I've every received. Technican was supposed to be at my home between 9 am and 12 noon, three and half hours later he showed up. It took three phone calls to the owner to finally get some compassion and to take responibilty of the problem. Thought the owner was going take care of the problem, but really didn't. In the long run after all the problems the technican put the window in crooked. Worst customer service would not recommend Glass Doctor to any one!
