Waited an entire week for Colorado Appliance to repair our refrigerator, an LG listed as a brand they service. The repair man took one look at it and said he doesn't repair these types of refrigerators. He spent the rest of the time laughing at us and telling us that we made a mistake buying it and how much it sucks to be without a refrigerator. Unprofessional and unequipped. The manager later called to tell us he wouldn't charge us for the services unrendered. Thanks...

Recently, I had an obvious problem with my washing machine. The latch did not work. We have the Excel plan for all appliances and were contacted by Colorado Appliance to service the problem. Presto!! By phone I explained my problem, provided model #,the young man showed up on time with the part and my machine is working! Couldn't ask for better service!
