We are also the only company to offer an inspection on a home's systems and appliances for property sellers or homeowners. We give 14 months of protection for the same price others charge for 12 months. We continue to be a leader and innovator in terms of quality customer service, knowledge in the industry and staffing of 18 people to help serve you. We set standards and our plans are the best defense against costly service repairs and replacement of your mechanical systems, appliances and more. After you enroll, we will be there when you need us. Our warranty plan holders are really buying a promise from us that we will be here to send a service contractor out as soon as possible, pay the bill for covered repairs and replacements and to ensure the highest quality of service is always achieved.

I have renewed my warranty in November and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Last year I had a dishwasher and plumbing issue and had service twice, always with prompt and friendly service and I only paid my deductable. My heater did not work, I called it in and within 1 hour christy from the service company reliable heating and cooling called me. That evening they sent over Nick and he did a great job. Fast and friendly. I can only highly recommend blue Ribbon, I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and will definitely renew November 2018 again. I absolutely am greatful for the peace of mind being covered has given me, being a single mom anything breaking down is quite intimidating and now I don't have to worry. Thank you for your great service.

Don't use this company. Our refrigerator leaked all over the floor. We have a Blue Ribbon policy that covers appliances. We called Blue Ribbon and explained the problem. They sent out a repairman. The repairman discovered that the refrigerator leaks when it defrosts because there is a defect in the defrost pan. Blue Ribbon refused to pay for the repair. They also refused to pay for the service call for the repairman that they sent out. We had to pay the repairman $75 for the service call even though Blue Ribbon only charges $55. Repairman said that since Blue Ribbon would not honor the service he had to charge us the standard company service call fee.

We called Blue Ribbon and they claim that they only cover mechanical problems, but I checked our policy copy and nowhere on the policy does is state only mechanical problems are covered. I do not believe that this is an honorable company and I would advise consumers to look elsewhere for their home warranty.

BLUE RIBBON HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Blue Ribbon Warranty has the Worst Customer Service Possible.Customer person actually hung the phone up on me while talking to her about a repair man. I paid over 600 dollars for 3 years of warranty. Their inspector was not HVAC certified so threes later they refused to cover when furnace needed repair.Blue Ribbon warranty are crooks trying to take your money! They will not honor their warranty.

Disappointing service

A home warranty from Blue Ribbon accompanied the purchase of my lovely home last year. My heater was recently deemed too dangerous to operate by the company I hired to clean it. Regardless of the fact that both our home inspector and HVAC deemed the heater functional at time of home purchase and before the warranty was purchased, Blue Ribbon Home Warranty is refusing to pay for this claim, with no justification, simply refusing, thus living two parents and a *toddler* in the cold.

Great Service

Once again, it is my pleasure to commend the service persons you contract with. I received superior service from "Mike" a month or so ago, when the thermostat on my boiler was stuck. I had made my appt. for the wrong date! He went out of his way to make room for me in his schedule, and fixed the problem. Then, the garbage disposal quit. Monday is the only day I can be at home, and even though Ed had a full schedule, he came and fixed the disposal at 5:45 p.m.! I'm sure he'd have rather been home, but he was pleasant, efficient, and, the job is well done.###I hope I don't have to contact you again, except to renew my warranty...LOL. It is a huge relief to know that, if something does go wrong here at the house, my Blue Ribbon warranty is as good as gold! Thanks to all of you for a fine service. Micheline B.###Wheat Ridge, CO
