I was setup on a payment plan for a 14K gold watch for $500 and a ring for $4,000, come to find out the watch is fake (gold plated) and the ring is not worth what they are charging me for it. The saleswoman lied to my face and told me it was a 14K gold watch and that the ring has these great quality diamonds. These people are crooks, they will steal your money, charge your debit/credit cards without your knowledge and lie to your face. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OUT TO TRAP YOU IN A CONTRACT FOR PAYMENTS , LIE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING AND THEN SAY WE CAN'T HELP YOU. CONSUMERS BEWARE THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND ALL THE TIME THEY LYING TO YOUR FACE. i WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE OR RECOMMEND THEM, MATTER OF FACT I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. They got the nerve to be harrassing me and calling my phone, friends, and family (the references I wrote down when signing the contract) like I owe them money. They owe me the money I paid back, I will never pay another red cent to these crooked as people and company.

WROST PLACE EVER , DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!!! THEY ARE ON A MISSION TO DISTROY YOUR CREDIT , THEY LIE TO YOU, & AT THE END THEY STILL WONT WORK WITH YOU THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND , I HOPE WHOMEVER READS THIS , PUSHES THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE , THEY EVEN SALE FAKE PEARLS AT FULL RETAIL PRICE. THEN THEY WONT EVEN STAND BY THERE PRODUCTS ,THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP IN ANY OF THERE LOCATION THEY ALL WORK THE SAME WAY , WE HOPE THEY GO UNDER SOON ,



PS. THERE SO CALLED MGR NAMED CARLOS DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE BALLS TO CALL YOU BACK JUST GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND, HE GETS SO MANY COMPLAINTS HIS VOICEMAIL GETS FULL ON A DAILY BASES, SO CALL HIM EARLY TO COMPLAIN HERE IS HIS # 818-437-6886!!!

I've been shopping at Lakewood Mall forever.... Everytime I pass by this store the people there are always smiling and happy. Yesterday I went in to the store to by my girlfriend a necklace for Valentine's day. They gave me a great deal and I'm so happy. I'm for sure gonna go there again.

The Romano's Jewelers in the Lakewood Mall is an awesome place to shop. They have excellent customer service and so many beautiful pieces to choose from. I've been a customer there for about 5 years now and it feels like they are apart of my family. They give me birthday calls and courtesy calls just to see how I am doing. They do an amazing job making me feel like a person and that I am at home. They know all my kids and my kids have even purchased their jewelry from them. I love the Lakewood Romano's and they will forever be near and dear to my heart.

To all of you who is reading the reviews about this place all I could tell you no matter what you read you need to check the place out before judging. Personally I recommend all my friends to check this place day and night because now a days you could hardly get good customer service, but here you will always feel like home and workers treat you like they've known you for all their lives beside all that they always cheerful and happy and provide you with the best service and knowledge that you might not get at different places, so at the end I would like to tell you that you MUST check it out because you don't know what you missing.

What can I say about my experience at the Romano's in Lakewood Mall. I had an amazing experience. I came in to sell my scrap gold....you know because to me it was useless. The jewelry consultants in the store were very friendly and willingly to help. They saw that I had a yellow gold diamond earring that I was trying to sell. The ladies looked at my earring and told me I could get a duplicate made of it. I never thought about it. They gladly took in the earring and sent it to their corporate office and had a duplicate made and it is gorgeous. You can't even tell that I lost the original. They also took a couple more pair of earrings i had and turned them into two beautiful rings thsat I wear pretty much everyday. I am so happy that I walked into Romano's and they were able to save my heirloom jewelry. The jewelry consultants in there are absolutely amazing and are willingly to go the EXTRA mile to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you Romano's Lakewood!!!!!

I came in not knowing anything about diamonds except fore the fact that diamond should sparkle. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I definitely appreciated them acknowledging my presence. They didnt hassle me as soon as I walked in. Just asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told them I was just browsing. They left me alone a minute to browse and told me if i had any questions to just let them know. In actuality, I was looking for my dream engagement ring. I saw a few things that caught my eye and I figured it was time to ask questions. One of the jewelry consultants came over and literally broke the diamond down to me. What I need to be looking for and so forth. Then she asked me what I wanted my ring to look like. Thats when another jewelry consultant came over and helped out. she was actually a designer for the company, so I knew she could possibly make the dream come true. After laughs and hashing out all the details, I came up with the perfect ring for me. All I needed was my boyfriend there. I left and came back later that evening and they showed my boyfriend what i wanted. I didnt wanna be too much involved so i eventually walked away. well lets just say that i now have my beautiful ring and I couldnt be happier. They provided my boyfriend with excellent financing options. I am so happy about my ring. The staff in the Lakewood store is great. Friendly, very professional, and genuinely cared about my desires for having the perfect ring for me. All my jewelry needs will be taken care of by Romano's jewelers in Lakewood Mall.

My fiance and I Just bought our engagement ring from Romano's jewelers in lakewood. they have a very big selection and I am so happy with my ring. Their customer service was great and they took their time helping me find the perfect ring. I will recommend this store to everyone I know.
