Thank you for the feedback. We would like to clarify that when a spacer does not fit properly, we take a new impression the same day to assure a proper fit. We extend our apologies if we did not clearly communicate this as is typically done. Also, we are happy to provide a school note for every patient and it is standard practice to ask at the end of each appointment if one is needed. However, sometimes the staff and patients alike forget to ask for a note. In light of that, we are more than happy to fax a note to the child's school as a convenience to our busy parents.
