Wingstop

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Employees here are rude and have no care for how they treat customers. I have ordered from wingstop 1-3 times a month for as long as I can remember. Has always been my favorite wing place. But this locations service is such a turn off & even with complaints to the store & corporate they have still done nothing to fix how horrible they treated us! Ordered using Online & was told we never placed an order, after we proved we did we were told "Oh well". After calling the complaint # on the email confirmation we found out that the printer at the LW location was down, so the email team called the store personally to give them our order and the employees chose not to make it & then called us liars. When I asked to speak to a manager I was laughed at while Desiree asked the 3 other employees if a manager was on duty when obviously there wasn't or the manager didn't want to step up and correct the situation. I have called back 2 times since then to speak to a manager & been told both times there was not one. I hope people avoid this location & go to a different one. I personally recommend the one on 28th street.

You have found the Best Wings in the FTW area! DONT PLEASE DONT forget the Fries!!! Oh my dont you dare put Ketsup! Those are the most seasoned Fries Ive ever tasted..I think it's the secret sprinkles of sugar....but this location makes the best Lunch meal or Party Platters! Save the Cows!!! Eat more Wingstop!
