I was treated at MD Now yesterday. I was very impressed with the overall experience I had with an Urgent Care Center. All the staff from the moment I checked in greeted me with a friendly smile in their faces. All the staff addressed all my concerns from the front desk to the medical staff. They were all very impressive. It’s reassuring to know that there are still people in this profession that do care for you rather than making the almighty dollar. I really felt like they were genuine and gave me the attention that I have been missing with my primary care physician for so long. I highly recommend ALL MD Now Clinics.

I went to palm beach gardens location once. I got treated very quick and the doctor is okey. However, the office staff disappointed me very bad. Be very careful before you decide to see their doctor.

THE WORST! INCOMPETENT DOCTORS AND NURSES. GREEDY MEDICAL DIRECTOR. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. I have heard story after story about how incompetent their "medical professionals" are and you will most certainly be misdiagnosed or not diagnoses with anything (no matter how simple it is), and then days later whatever caused the initial complaint gets worse and you have to pay to have it treated by real doctors, and you find out you completely wasted your time and money at MD NOW. I've heard this about from a person who had pnuemonia which they diagnosed as the flu, from someone who had a toe infection and was told it was inflammation and the nurse tried to sell her Aleve as a prescription to buy there despite it being otc, someone who had shingles and was told by that same nurse it was nothing only to end up in the hospital days later, and someone who went in for a simple blood test only to be poked several times and lose blood by an incompetent nurse. Each time the medical director refused to take responsibility, admit fault, review the actions of the nurses and doctors, return phone calls and issue refunds. He only cares about money and if you look at the positive reviews- it's always him leaving it with his horrible grammar.

I took my daughter to the Palm Beach Lakes MD Now with a fever and an ear ache. A hurting and crying child has no patience or tolerance for pain. No sooner had I completed filling out the paper work, we were taken in by a very helpful young attendant who took the vital signs. Soon, my daughter was seeing by a very kid friendly Doctor that right away made her forget about her pain. The symptom was quickly diagnosed and a treatment was prescribed. We were in and out in less than 50 minutes and with a supply of medication to start the healing immediately. Our experience was excellent and since then we have routinely used various MD Now locations for all the school and sport physicals, colds, and routine illness. Thank you MD Now for accommodating my children with little or no waiting time!

Not feeling well my doctors office closed. Came here and was greeted with friendly staff I was quickly checked in. Was seen quickly by the doctor and was given medications for bronchitis; which they had my medication there for 20 dollars. I didn't have to stop anywhere else. Went home took my medicine and right to bed. Great CLEAN friendly center. I would def recommend.

I use the Lake Worth one for my business, any injured employee or pre employment drug screening. Since it is close by it saves time on travel and is so much faster than the ER. The staff is very good about calling my employees the next day to check and see how they are feeling or have any questions.

We always strive our very best to care for our patients like the friends which they are.

Open everyday 7 days a week, fast and affordable and most major insurance is accepted but no required.

In and out quickly no hassles, beautiful, clean office, I felt very comfortable, the staff was very nice and the Doctor was great. They took my insurance and were a lot cheaper than the ER

Great facility and staff.......Exceptional!!!

I've visited this location a few times.. and after last time, I'll definitely not return. Each visit the wait was too long, and on the third visit they had a receptionist- who I assume was new at the time, I'd never seen her before- was extremely rude to me. Her name is Jessica.. she looked to be in her 20's, with short blonde hair.

The other receptionists are far from nice, but they aren't outright rude.

The doctors there, that I've met, are professional and courteous. It's really a shame that the staff isn't up to par, or else I'd give this clinic a better rating.

Beautiful facility, nice people and very quick. I was in and out in 30 mins. The doc was great!
