Dog N Suds Pet Grooming

As stated from another if I could rate it a -0- I definitely would ! Very UNPROFESSIONAL -- if your pet does not act perfect it will be treated like crap, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE !!! You have no idea how they are being treated. Take this WARNING do not use them, find another groomer. Do not board with them, they will not let you see where your pet will be and your pet will not be taken care of well. If its a matter of $1-$2 a day then please pay it somewhere else !

The fat short haired blonde is a downright "slobby b---h" that has no respect for anyone or any of your pets either. You will be charged for things you don't ask for, then when you pick up you are advised of additional charges. Not called ahead of time. Your pet will be there for an entire day, I mean from 8-9am to 5-6pm because she cannot get them done in a reasonable time frame. Plus who wants to leave their pet there all day? If the business looks like this I would hate to see what their homes look like. The place is run down and needs to be condemned (inside and out). Their prices are not any better than any other groomer around. Not to mention being charged for things that DO NOT get done. PICK ANOTHER GROOMER- IF IT MEANS PAYING A FEW DOLLARS MORE TO GET A GOOD JOB DONE, YOUR PET CLEAN AND NOT UPSET AND STRESSED OUT FROM THE VISIT. PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE !!! THIS PLACE IS REALLY BAD- Look at the reviews people, there is "1- good review" and that was probably from one of them! Read the others -- all of them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would..I just relocated and went by to see the place because it was reasonable pricing, but I Will NEVERRRRR leave my dog at this place and recommend that no one else ever will, it is dirty and very bad odor. I asked if I could see the place where my dog would be housed and she replied and said she couldn't allow me to go past a certain point..are you fricking crazzyyyy I can't see where my dog would be..oh noo.. I Called animal control so they can go and condemn the place, just filthy!!!

This is the worse place to ever ever have your pet groomed...They are Rude, nasty, people. and that's just them...The place itself reeks of odor and the dogs are never cleaned and groomed they way they should be...I gave a star cause I had to to write this..She has a real bad past to come find out.. Peggy is a down and out right nasty person.

Don't make the mistake of boarding your dog here. This place is run-down & dilapidated, drive by and see for yourself. The care they provide is thoroughly not what you're paying for. My mother left her dog with them for 6 weeks. They changed the rate during those 6 weeks and charged an additional $1 per day without prior notice or respect for her as a repeat customer. My mom was charged for 2 groomings, yet the dog's ear had matted hair and the dog was INFESTED with ticks. I pulled 52, yes 52! ticks from the dog the evening she was picked up. The owner, Peggy, has refused any refund. She has refused to refund the overcharge, one of the groomings, and any cost for the infestation that has scarred the dog's skin, jeopardized the dog's health (Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, etc.), or caused incredible stress to my mom. Peggy does not recognize her liability or negligence in any way, shape or form.



I went with my mother to speak with Peggy a week ago regarding these charges, a refund, or the tick infestation. This woman was downright nasty. I took my camera phone out to photograph her business license/public notices on the wall after she began screaming at me on the top of her lungs to "get out' and picked up the phone to call the police (I wish she had). When she saw my phone, she swung at my arm and missed only because I pulled away. She then came charging at me from around the counter-through the half-door. My mother and I were already half-way out the front door at this point when I saw her arm coming next to me, I stepped to the right (out the door) and Peggy grabbed and slammed the door shut. This woman is violent and incredibly unprofessional. Please think twice about the kind of care that you are paying for if you truly love your dog. I definitely do not recommend using this facility.
