        Bad customer service

        I purchased a sand filter from this company and never got any kind of confirmation until 2 weeks later when I emailed and asked for one. Some guy named joey replied saying he will check on it for me. 2 more days go by and I have to again email asking and he replied saying the item is back ordered and I am 12 in line (most companies would let you know item is back ordered before you purchase so you can consider going with another company). Another 2 weeks go by and nothing from them, so I again email and this guy is rude and says to me that he already told me it's back ordered and maybe it will ship the following week or not and if I was so unhappy I can get a refund....(all ready over a month). I replied saying maybe put it on their website when they are out of stock. Next thing I know is I got refunded without my approval. Over a month and they had my money and I never got a apology or a product. I could have went with another company a month ago but I didnt. Now I did and I found better products and for less money from a real company. If you can avoid this company. If they want to deny this I have all the emails saved and would be glad to post them anywhere
