It's unfortunate that you cannot give a half star rating or no star at all. Being a court appointed attorney should not give a lawyer a free pass to treat those whom she is representing and their families as second rate human beings. Everyone deserves the decency of being treated with respect and common courtesy. Needing lawyer representation is hard enough in and within itself. When you're in a difficult situation having a desensitized lawyer with extremely poor manners, poor communication skills, and poor people skills only adds to the fear and frustration. I highly do not recommend this lawyer. Seek out a lawyer who actually works in the best interest of the client.
