This place is the worst place I have EVER lived! I wouldn't recommend it to any1! They're scammers & they're just trying to take your money! If you wanna hear your neighbors or pay high for your heat then this is the place for you! The parking lots are always trashed, maintenance is a joke same with the people in the office! They're bitter and nasty! They put on a cute little front just to get your money, once they have it they no longer see you as any1! Everything is falling apart from inside the apartment to the outside! The buildings are so old they're starting to shift badly! The owners of this place should build from the bottom up, but they won't cause they just want your money! If you call don't bother no one will help you they have no sympathy there! Don't do anything to the deck for they will tell you to clear it off. This place is so horrible I can't even get it all out!! I can't wait for the lease to be up!! I hope this helps with your search. Save your money do not move here

This place sucks the worst ive lived so far,im currntley there now but will be moving out after this xmas.the walls are so thin you can here ur neibors all the time no matter what and if they smoke or smoke the other stuff u can smell it no matter what.and everything needs to be fixed all the time they dont salt the parking lot in the winter at all i fell a few times so far cause of that.and the doors outside the building never lock always open no matter what and i hate the thin walls also u can hear everything above u a below u.but like i said bad choice to move there but im moving out after this christmas.tell ur friends never to move there at all.

DONT LIVE HERE! Its horrible here! da roads here r crappy, drunk drivers everywhere. We r thin ppl n we already had our toilet seat replaced a few times. Paint here comes off very easily then. THe doors here dont lock dat good, we had 2 get a new lock n keys. Dare is places 2 go around here 2 have fun. but dats about it. THe neighbors here r horrible. They r very loud n day dont care about u day have no respect 4 others. I cant even walk out of da apt feeling safe! Da maintenance will come n fix ur stuff but day wont do a good job unless u complain 2 da manager about it later. But den day have 2 do it a few more times till day get it right. Our toilet wouldnt flush, n the maintenance guys put a twist tye 2 fix it. hello! common sense! u cant do that! da heat here is outragious! we owe 700 dollars 2 them. n it doesnt even heat up da bdrms! Even da air doesnt either! Da washer n dryer shrinks our clothes n ur not allowed 2 go in2 a diff. apt. u have 2 pay 4 ur own car port. n u have 2 worry about someone parking in ur paid parking spot all da time! THe walls r very thin here u can hear everything! im sure u wouldnt want ur child hearing a couple "doing it" do u? ya i dint think so! At least they keep da yards here clean. but day dnt pick up cigg butts. The building doors r never locked. Ppl keep on breaking them. Day finally got new #s on da buzzer but no pt using da buzzer when u can just walk in. I have lived here 4 a year now. But im moving out real soon! Da only reason day r $200 cheaper right now is coz day know dat everyone knows how crappy it is here! Its too expensive 2 have a cat here. Day will take u in if u have bad credit. Dare r just some good stuff but most of it is bad stuff. Some ppl take up 2 carports 4 one car just coz day r too stubborn, n probably only paying 4 one. Day park diagonal. I dnt feel safe here at all! Dare r always cops in here. But since this is rgt off m24 u can hear all da ems n police n evrything driving down m24 all da time! n dare is alot of them. This place is basically 4 just partying. Day shuld just turn dis place in2 hotels n call it good! THe neighbors break stuff n day dnt care. Manager said dat if u call n complain about someone 3 times day will be kicked out, well dnt believe dat! dats not true! it doesnt matter how many times u complain, day r not gonna get kicked out unless day didnt pay rent! alot of our circuits dnt work. It sounds like ppl r going 2 fall threw da ceiling or floor coz how creaky it is. u could probably only need 2 jump on da floor here about 50 times in 1 spot n break through! no joke! n da doors r not wide enough 2 move stuff in n out. a few ppl had 2 throw their stuff off their balcony 2 get stuff out. N Vise Versa. Dare is always gun shots @ night. It sounds like ur living in detroit! Dis is a really ghetto place 2 live in. I wouldnt recommend it @ all! N da ppl dat try 2 recommend it 2 u that live here, r da ppl dat are trying to get money. day get 200 dollars off their rent if day get someone 2 mve in here. So dnt let ur friends fool u! Da dishwasher here doesnt clean da dishes dat good! either da fridge is too cold or not cold enough. when its too cold, it freezes your milk! N dare r not that many n not enough cupboards in da kitchen. But its nice 2 have 2 outlets out of da kitchen. If u do move in here, make sure ur smoke alarm works, day dnt put in new batteries u have 2! N we have yucky black spiders here, day have 2 much of a cheap a** 4 a spider guy 2 come in n spray. he sprayed 4 us twice in 3 mths n still have bad insects. I only seen 1 ear wig so far in here. THats gross enough! I could say so much more. But i would be going on all day. just please dnt move in here. these places r horrible!
