Compassionate Dental Care

If I could give 0 stars and a review I would. I had been a patient when it was All Smiles Dental and had 0 issues with their customer service or insurance checking. When I made the appointment I had not been requested to provide insurance materials so they could check eligibility prior to appointment (full coverage for check-ups and cleanings). Walked in, no one was at the desk, I waited for 10 minutes after my appointment time for someone to finally check me in. Then after the 15 minutes of paperwork to finally check my insurance eligibility. After an hour of sitting there waiting, got up and left. While sitting in the waiting room the doctor proceeded to take an interview in what was supposed to be my appointment time. Never going back.

Dr. Chad was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the procedure and the pros and cons. I had a very good experience! Katie the dental assistant was great. Too!!!!
