Glitz Salon and Boutique

Sent my mom here. The nail woman Tina was super rude and put a nail on crooked. Told my mom she would have to pay to have it fixed because she waited 2 days. My mom told her when she was there that it was crooked and this woman got an attitude with my mother telling her how she works 18 hours a day until midnight everyday and that she had another customer right after her. My mother left unsatisfied and called her when she got home and left a message for Tina. The next day my mom called and Tina said she would call her back and never did. Finally, my mom called back a 3rd time and Tina told her that she would have to pay to fix it because she waited 2 days. My mother was so upset she went to another salon and paid to get it fixed there. This woman is despicable on how she treats her customers. She told my mom that she's not a "regular" of hers. Well, that's because it was my mom's first time there! If this woman is working 18 hours until midnight everyday at a salon, I'm wondering if she doing something other than nails? Stay away from this woman. It's a shame because she would have had my mother as a lifetime customer. The woman is the rudest. Beware of Nails by Tina.
