Jose S. what hoses did you fix?, A/c you would have had to charged it back up to fix it after you re-clamped it and that would be more than $10.00 And if it was your heater hoses how did that fix your A/C your story does not add up. I think you just got in a rush and did not turn it on right and jumped to the conclusion it was not fixed and thought your tightening clamps fixed it, which is impossible for just loose clamps to fix it with out adding coolant that is the only way it would not heat is because it lost coolant and it is also connected to your truck cooling system and with lose of coolant your truck should have been running hot unless there is a valve separating them, but from what I have been told the APU keeps your truck eng. warm so it will start easy in cold weather. And again your A/C would have lost charge if it was not cooling because of loose clamps and you would have had to add freon. Try again. Marc in ATL

Please don't take your APU for service to this place. They replace my generator for no reason, did some work to fix a/c and heater not working. I spent $2,600 dollars and they did not even test their work. Took the truck for a ride, and the APU a/c and heater were still not working. Check the hoses and clamps were missing or not tighten up. I bought a clamp, tighten up the other clamps and problem fixed. Total cost, less than $10.00.
