Energy Wise Heating and Air

Almost too knowledgeable, while I appreciate the information (I'm probably one of few)
I just wanted it fixed, once they said it couldn't be fixed.
I wanted it replaced asap.
Although it was clear the owner didn't want me thinking his goal was just to replace, didn't want to be viewed as a replacement company.
I really don't need to understand the how's and why's, it was cold I wanted it warm was my only concern.
Overall job was great. Cleaned up behind their self, finished that evening, functions as he said.
Reason for 4 stars in promptness, had owner spent less time explaining the why's, we would've been warmer sooner.
